HOW LONG WILL THIS TAKE? -Its best to allow most of the day, but we will give you an estimate on time when we see the vehicle, and a text when we are about a half hour out. It depends on the service you pick and the condition of your vehicle. Things like Biohazard cleans and Dog hair removal take significantly longer to do properly. We are not about doing a rush job and we devote large blocks of time just for your vehicle. So plan it like a spa-day for your vehicle.
HOW DO I BOOK? -Call, text, or whatsapp us at +1-403-585-2620. Or e-mail us if you're not in a hurry or you have a bigger job for us (such as a commercial shoot, overnight storage, or regular fleet vehicle detailing). our email is canmoredetailing@gmail.com
WHAT IF I NEED TO RESCHEDULE? -We understand things happen. Please give us at least 24 hours notice to avoid cancellation fees. Last minute cancellations or no-shows will be charged full price.
DO YOU DO MOBILE DETAILING? -Yes! Depending on the weather we can detail your vehicle right in your driveway. Please note this is for interior services only (There is a bylaw that prevents us from washing the exterior of your vehicle in your driveway).
WHAT ABOUT PETS AND KIDS? -Yes! we can deep clean the baby-seat, remove pet hair, kill odors, wash food spills and even sanitize after 'accidents'. See our pricing page for the individual pricing of each of those services. They are listed in the "ADD-ONS" section of the page
HOW DO I FIND YOU? -We are in Canmore Alberta, at unit 1, 130 Bow Meadows Crescent, by the Dirty Dog Car wash, and behind CanSign. We are the first garage as you pull into the alleyway. There is NO PARKING in front of our garage, so please arrange vehicle parking/appointment timing with us or park on the street.
SHOULD I EMPTY OUT MY VEHICLE FIRST? -Yes, please remove any valuables, loose change, and personal belongings. As stated in our waiver form, we are not responsible for lost items.
CAN YOU CLEAN MY COMPANY VEHICLES? -Yes! We provide fleet detailing services for businesses and can create a customized package based on your needs. Chat with us or shoot us an email outlining your specific ideas.
DO YOU TAKE WALK-INS? -No, we are a small garage so we are by appointment only. We are however occasionally able to take same-day or next-day appointments if we have a free spot.
